C.F. Møller-selskab med i udvikling af Stockholm-bydel
Berg Arkitektkontor, som er en del af Arkitektfirmaet C. F. Møller, skal sammen med Foster + Partners udvikle masterplanen for en gennemgribende forvandling af ”Slussen” midt i den svenske hovedstad.

Friis & Moltke tegner Tornbjerg Gymnasium
Arkitektfirmaet Friis & Moltke A/S har i samarbejde med entreprenørfirmaet Pihl & Søn og ingeniørfirmaet Moe & Brødsgaard vundet konkurrencen om til - og ombygning af Tornbjerg Gymnasium ved Odense. Byggeriet har et samlet budget på 63 mio. og forventes

Copenhagen Towers har nået toppen
Det store ”Green Building”-projekt fejrede mandag rejsegilde på byggeriets første etape, der omfatter det internationale 4-stjernede hotel Crowne Plaza, kontordomicilet South Wing samt knap 400 parkeringspladser.

Rift om kulturbyggeri
På fredag sendes opførelsen af et nyt kulturcenter i Støvring i udbud, og ifølge arkitekterne er interessen for at byde på opgaven meget stor.

Navnelighed får dørproducent til at skifte navn
Lacoya A/S havde valgt det samme navn som et amerikansk firma, så derfor fortsætter den fynske virksomhed sin fremstilling af facade-foldedøre og terrassedøre under navnet Lacuna A/S.

Forsøgsprojekt afrunder tre års arbejde
Entreprenørfirmaet Jönsson er klar til aflevering af de sidste 42 af i alt 196 boliger, som siden sommeren 2006 er blevet opført i Søborg på Sjælland. Den sidste etape - en række ældreboliger - er opført som et forsøgsprojekt i samarbejde med Socialministeriet.

Gulvfirma vil hente vækst i udlandet
Vesla A/S - der udvikler fugefri gulve til erhvervssektoren - har netop igangsat en markant udvidelse af domicilet i Videbæk, og samtidig er en ny eksportstrategi kørt i stilling. Målet er at øge omsætningen med 50 % på fem år.

Byggekoncern overtager konkursramte Kerne A/S
Vinduesfabrikken bliver fremover en del af Skare Byg, der flytter produktionen af Kerne-vinduer til sit nyopførte domicil i Kolding.

For under et år siden havde Rene Andersen A/S 50 mand på lønningslisten. Nu er tømrerfirmaet gået konkurs.

Mandag den 27. april fik www.building-supply.dk foretaget en makeover. Nu er turen kommet til nyhedsbrevet, hvor blandt andet ”Nyt fra medlemmer” har fået en mere central placering.

Entreprenør overgår forventninger
Aarsleff har i regnskabsårets første seks måneder realiseret et overskud før skat på 145 mio. kroner. Resultatet er bedre end ventet, men ledelsen vælger alligevel at fastholde forventningerne til hele året på 200 mio. kroner.
